I like this yoga mat for what I use it for which is stretching, meditation, and some yoga. It does have a better grip than most cheap yoga mats but nothing like those $100+ you find at a yoga studio. If you’re looking for some extra cushioning when doing exercises than this is great. If you’re looking to do complicated yoga poses that require you no slipping, then you’re better off spending more money on a better mat. The colors are vibrant and beautiful though and the mat itself isn’t covered in a slippery film like many cheaper mats are.

This mat is wonderful. It’s very comfortable and made of good materials that give it nice texture. It’s not slippery at all, unlike some other mats. It’s also easy to be rolled up when you’re done with it. Definitely worth for its price.
